Welcome to the website of the Netherlands Society of Human Movement
Sciences (VvBN). The VvBN dates back to December 2001, and evolved
out of a merger between the Dutch Society of Human Movement
Sciences (NVB), the Society of Exercise Physiology (VIF) and the
Circle of Human Movement Scientists in Occupational Health
(BW-Arbokring). The VvBN aims to be one organisation accommodating
everyone involved in Human Movement Sciences in the
Netherlands.
On this site general information regarding the VvBN and details as
to activities planned by the VvBN can be found. Furthermore,
reports of earlier activities, news facts (including recent
Newsletters) and other publications can be viewed. Most of the site
is in Dutch.
